What types of plants do you specialize in?
We specialize in premium quality plants including climbing roses, David Austin roses, hybrid tea roses, shrub roses, perennials, fruit & berry plants, house plants, trees & shrubs, and garden pottery. Each plant is carefully selected by our horticultural experts.
How do you ensure plant quality during shipping?
Our horticultural experts use specialized packaging that includes root protection wraps, foliage guards, and climate-appropriate materials. Plants are watered and pruned before shipping to ensure they travel well.
Do you provide planting instructions with my order?
Yes! Each plant comes with care instructions, and our website indicates ideal planting times for each variety. Our customer service team can also advise on the best planting times for your climate zone.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our Baltimore nursery, with only a few exceptions for very distant locations (some Asian and remote areas may not be serviced).
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipping with full tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS economy service, delivered in 15-25 days after shipping with basic tracking.
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.How will I know when my plants are shipped?
You’ll receive email notifications with tracking information when your order ships. For standard shipping, you’ll have full visibility from our nursery to your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day arrival guarantee from the delivery date. If your plants don’t arrive in vigorous health, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the plants and packaging.
What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
Please take photos of the damaged plants and packaging immediately upon arrival, then contact our customer service team within 15 days at [email protected]. Our gardening experts will work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you offer replacements or refunds?
We typically prefer to replace plants to fulfill your gardening dreams. In cases where replacement isn’t possible or preferred, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

When is the best time to plant roses?
The ideal planting time depends on your climate zone. Generally, early spring or fall is best for rose planting. Our website provides specific recommendations for each variety, and our customer service team can offer personalized advice.
