Shipping Information

We handle every order with the attention to detail we apply to our hybrid tea roses:

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note for International Customers: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

While we nurture every plant to perfection before shipping, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed with the same care we recommend for your climbing roses and perennials.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unused and in original condition
    • Plants must show no signs of mishandling (beyond normal shipping stress)
    • Original packaging required where possible

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Live house plants (to prevent additional transit stress)
  • Custom or personalized pottery items
  • Any plants that have been planted or removed from original containers

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Approval: Our gardening experts will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Packaging: Repackage items securely (plants in original containers when possible)

Shipping Notes: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return (with the same scrutiny we apply to our shrub roses):

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

To exchange an item (like swapping one perennial for another):

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Customer is responsible for any price difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants, pottery, or other items arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
